We usually respond within 1-2 business days – however, not on weekends or public holidays.

Payment

When you shop at WeGrillTable.com, you will receive an order confirmation for your purchase, and finally an invoice in PDF format.

WeGrillTable accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa and Mastercard. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.


Amount reserved  

When using a payment card, debit or credit card, a reservation is made for the amount traded for. This amount is reserved until the web shop has processed and shipped your order. When the order is dispatched, the amount will be withdrawn from the account. The reservation time depends on the product/service.

Debit card authorization 

When using a Debit Card, you will be able to see that money is reserved on your account and your available amount will therefore appear to be less. 
If you or the web shop cancels the order, then the web shop will not be able to withdraw the money from your account, but you will still be able to see the reservation amount on your account for some time. 
Note, that only the bank (or card issuer) can cancel such reservation. 

Credit Card authorization 

The money will be withdrawn from your account when the web shop processes and withdraws the payment from your order. The transaction will now appear in your bank overview. 

All prices on the website are inclusive VAT. 
The website uses the following currencies for pricing: 
United Kingdom – Pounds Sterling (GBP) 

WeGrillTable uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties. 

WeGrillTable’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol. 

Pricing Errors 

We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from price errors or changes. Our liability in such cases is limited to correcting the error and refunding any amounts paid. 

 

Delivery and Shipment 

The delivery time for your order is 10 to 16 days. 

WeGrillTable uses GLS – Private or DACHSER Denmark A/S  for shipment of your ordered items. 

Freight cost is calculated from the weight of the items. Freight cost of items above 20kg is based on Dascher B2B rates. 

You will receive a tracking number upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times. Upon arrival in the UK, the shipping agent will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery date within a 3-day window. 

Please be aware that the goods left at your address, is at your own risk. 

WeGrillTable accept orders from countries other than the UK and Denmark upon agreement. 

For delivery charges to Scotland, Ireland, other UK islands and anywhere else in the world please contact us for a quote.

 

 Customs Duties and VAT B2C (Business-to-consumer)

For private consumers all handling and payment of export and import charges, Value Added Tax (VAT) and
customs duties are handled by us.

Customs Duties and VAT B2B (Business-to- Business)

Our webshop operates under the Delivery At Place (DAP) – Incoterms® 2020. This means that we operate with ”Reverse charge: Customer to account for VAT to HMRC” on the invoice where the customer is responsible for paying import charges, Value Added Tax (VAT) and customs duties applicable to their order upon arrival in the destination country. Custom duty is effectively zero as per the trade and cooperation agreement between the EU and the United Kingdom. 

 

Customer Responsibilities B2B: 

Customs Duties and Import Taxes: The customer must pay any customs duties and import taxes that may be levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.  

Value Added Tax (VAT): The customer is responsible for paying any VAT that may be applicable to their purchase upon importation. 

Customs Clearance: Clearing  goods through customs, both for export and import is handled by the shipping agent.

Warranty  

WeGrillTable only accepts complaints via email. 

When you shop at WeGrillTable, you receive a 24-month warranty. Within six months of delivery, the onus is on WeGrillTable to prove the product conforms to contract. After this period, the onus is on the consumer. Our warranty covers material defects, deviations from design, and/or manufacturing defects that were present at the time of delivery. Depending on the specific situation, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction. Each case is always assessed individually. 

It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product, other damaging behaviour or general wear and tear. Incorrect handling includes, for example, improper storage that can cause damage, incorrect use of the product in relation to its intended use, etc. 

Note: Timber is a living material and can change shape/twist. This is especially true for tables made of whole planks on base legs. Shrinkage cracks and deformation of the timber are part of the expected natural patina and do not constitute a valid complaint. A shrinkage crack is characterized as a crack in the timber and can vary greatly in size – halfway or partially through the plank.  

Our tables are handmade products from living materials. Therefore, unevenness in the surface may occur. Partial lack of filling of knots and drying cracks may occur. Maintenance of the wooden planks involves applying outdoor wood oil as needed or on an annual basis.  

How quickly should you complain? 

You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/error. Reasonable time is defined as within the first 14 days after the item is received, or immediately after the defect is discovered. If the item breaks despite correct handling of the product, the warranty applies. 

We will cover return costs to a reasonable extent in the case of a justified complaint. Return must be agreed upon in advance. No shipments will be accepted by cash on delivery.

Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and you are responsible for any transport damage. The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually. 

We need the following information when you send the item to us: 

When returning the item, please send an email that describes the reason for the complaint in as much detail as possible and attach a picture. The order confirmation must also be attached. 

If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal) 

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal as a consumer when you shop at WeGrillTable. The withdrawal period runs from the day you receive your item(s). 

You cannot simply withdraw by being passive. In other words, you cannot withdraw by merely refusing receipt or failing to collect the item at the delivery point. 

If the item is not collected or is refused upon delivery, it will be returned to WeGrillTable. The costs for return shipping and any reshipment of the item will be borne by you as the customer. 

If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, please note the following: 

You must inform WeGrillTable clearly within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to withdraw from the purchase at kontakt@WeGrillTable.dk and attach the order confirmation – we will send a receipt of this via email. 

Once you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You must pay for the return shipping yourself and thus bear the responsibility for the item ,including potential VAT and duties, until WeGrillTable has received the shipment. For withdrawals, the webshop shall not incur any financial loss and the shipping costs are not refunded. 

Partial Withdrawal of Purchase 

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were bought in a single order. 

Please note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you withdraw from part of your purchase. 

Refund of Purchase Amount 

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you paid to us back without undue delay after we have received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. 

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back. 

The following items are exempt from the right of withdrawal: all specially manufactured items. 

Condition of the Item When You Return It 

You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the item value is reduced because: You have actually used the item, the item has been damaged while you were responsible for it, you have handled the item in a way other than what was necessary to determine its nature, properties, and the way it works or you have not followed the limitations of the right of withdrawal that arise from sealing, item type, etc. 

In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. 

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value. 

WeGrillTable only accepts packages sent directly to our address.

You should keep the original packaging until you have decided whether to keep the purchased item or not. Lack of or inadequate packaging may in some cases mean that the item’s resale value is reduced. 

Customer & Privacy Policy 

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can request to have your information deleted at any time. 

In order for you to enter into an agreement with BMSM ApS, we need the following information:

Registration of your personal information is used for the sole purpose of delivering the goods to you. 

The personal information is registered with BMSM ApS, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted. 

When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly of what information is being collected and why. 

The director and employees for BMSM ApS have access to the information recorded about you. 

The data manager in BMSM ApS is: jakob matthiesen. 

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted. 

As registered with BMSM ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and in connection with this, please contact  kontakt@WeGrillTable.dk.  

Cookies 

On WeGrillTable.dk, cookies are used for the purpose of optimizing the website, and its functionality, making the visit as easy as possible for you. 

Log Statistics 

We use log statistics at WeGrillTable, 
which means, we have a statistics system, that gathers information, that can supply us with a statistical indication of, how many visitors the site has, where they are from, and on which landing page they leave the site and more. 

The Log statistic is only used with the purpose to improve BMSM ApS’s website.
