To ensure that smoke and fumes are not a nuisance, the grill is designed to utilise the energy from the briquettes to create an internal airflow that takes on the shape of two vortices just under the cooking grate. These vortices collect and guide any unpleasant smoke away and out through the flue. The underside of the cooking grate is simultaneously brushed by the smoke on its way out, leaving you with that tasteful characteristic grill flavour.

The grill itself is made of high-quality food-grade stainless steel. The aluminum frame has been powder-coated to ensure a uniform, impact-resistant surface that is extra resistant to scratches and impacts. The tabletop consists of solid Nordic oak planks that have been treated with a special oil for outdoor use. The oil has a good penetrating and water-repellent effect.
